Confronting the ambivalence between protection and threat, “Hide and Seek” engages with themes of police brutality, anonymity, and the instrumentalization of violence. Emerging from an exploration of power structures, the piece probes societal debates on violence exercised in the name of authority. It questions the roles of individuality and accountability within state power.

Constructed from climbing stones, acrylic glass, screws, a monitor mount, and frosted privacy film, the installation forms a symbolic barrier. “Hide and Seek” urges deeper reflection on the tension between personal responsibility and the impersonal nature of institutional force.
