”Heritage I / Heritage II” examines the adaptation to a dominant culture and the cost of altering oneself to avoid being perceived as “other.”  The work considers how identity shifts under pressure to conform and traces the subtle and visible changes made in pursuit of belonging. It reflects on the dual nature of accepting and resisting acts of submission, revealing the delicate balance between acceptance and authenticity.
